Heh, I eventually bumped into most airsoft/reenacting chums - missed Evo and McVickers though! Meh, It was really easy to miss everyone though, I managed to keep loosing Keith and we were there together!
Got the bits I needed to transform my kit from SS to Heer for next week's game - and picked up a super pair of Lennon ammo boots (actually a comparative good buy at £100 when compared to the SoF/WPG ones). I'm having to fund new kit by selling old stuff at the moment so treading cautiously - the days of buying stuff just because I wanted it have long gone

Did you find them at Khaki Devil?
Edit - Ooh, one more post to go to 1000!
Yes, Khaki Devil are their retail stockists - you can order them direct from Lennon for the same price but better to try them on and then buy!
BTW, all my Heer bits and bobs were from Julian/Epic. He was throwing a tin of schoco-thingy in with favoured customer's orders too
A good day. My pre-planned tent (and other stuff) swappages left me with a wallet of cash I managed to avoid spending... Thanks for that go to Scott and Dean for the distraction of finding them 37 pattern webbing and Garand belts respectively.
Though I did find a few nice things. Some cheap aerial extensions for my WS18, a nice solid brass US officer belt buckle (now all shiney), a repro US axe head cover, repro US tommy drum mag pouch.
