You guys did look great, I felt sorry for Martin with his shovel. Any extra weight can be a pain.

The shovel wasn't enormously weighty, no more than a real steel rifle, but it was a bit awkward in the rhododendrons. Boshman had kindly stuffed my engineer pack with all sorts of metal boxes and bangy things, which was a bit heavy
