Best thing to do is ring them up and sort it that way. I know its an international call but they're more receptive to phone calls than email.
They'll take credit cards so I assume you'll be able to do that over the phone.
As to the particular terminology of pouches, its probably best to just ask for what you want and explain what you want them for. People have different ideas about those pouches are called.... even if there is a proper version.
As for snaps and tabs... just ask for proper wartime stuff and they'll make sure you get it... (i.e. you want snaps and all brass fittings).
Its likely that you'll get proper wwii dated items from them in very good condition... they have lots of stock!
As for shipping to Poland, you'll have to ask them...
Aye technically the 'bren pouches' are called BASIC pouches. They are fixed on with metal hook to go in the web belt.
The supplementary bren pouches that go over the shoulder (officially one in fornt and one behind but usually worn both in front) are called POUCHES, UTILITY.
To confuse matters more there is a third type POUCH MT, these are for drivers (Motor Transport) and look *exactly* liek basic pouches but have a cloth loop to support them on the belt.
So you want Basic pouches and you want either MKII or MKIII with brass fiting and popper closure. Ideally you want MKIII for airsoft as the MKII is an inch shorter and tricky to fit mags in but if you get em by accident they are a little bit rarer.

No MKIII is fine it was a mid war mod to make them long enugh for sten guns.
MKIII with QRF (quick release fasteners) is bad though debatable how many of those saw service if any.

Only MKIII have QRF (a tab in a brass u hoop) and wil usually have steel rather than brass rear fittings too.
MKI are very ealry war and rarer than panda sperm
these were later changed to MKII whic sit higher up on the chest so you can sit down in lorries or drive with them on.
MKII were too small for sten mags so they were made longer and called
MKIII
All of them so far have a press stud fastener and brass rear hooks, brace attachmets and press stud.
Late model mkiii have steel fittings as an economy measure but are stil ok for war pattern and reenactment.
In late 44 the MKIII with QRF was auhorised but becasue of the way supply chains work and the fact they were stockpiled so entire formation coudl have them en masse its unlikely they hit the fornt line in any number.
So your best option and what you are likely to get from sabre is MKIII with popper/press stud fasten and brass fittings.
Any webbing with black steel fittings is post war 1950s type stuff.
