Just send it to a retailer, or keep the form till you want to buy a gun & hand it to the authorised retailer, they can put you on the system straight away

Its sort of the same with wearing german kit or terrorist kits you forget the atrocities and focus on the positives like the germans in allo allo or the british in dads army 
, dressing up as a soviet shouting "for mother russia" may be a hell of alot of fun but it doesnt mean you agree with it, i might wear US kit but i fucking hate America lol i just like the kit and the blow the shit out of everything mentality the US army has

Depends really I guess, he could of course have meant panzer blacks and been confuddled but yes from what I've noted its a big no no in most circles in the UK though I did note they sell it at cost a fortune (how well they sell I dread to think
