Just remembered that it's that time of year, went on their website renewed and paid via paypal no problems at all just got to wait for my new card to arrive
Or collect it at Stoneleigh.
Forester reminded me that renewal was due (I hadn't received a reminder email for some reason) so popped onto the website, confirmed my recorded details and paid by PayPal. Confirmation of renewal along with membership certificate arrived within a few hours. I'l be collecting the card at the AGM after the Stoneleigh show.
I didn't get a reminder email either which is why I started this thread as a reminder for others.
The website won't even let me log on, nor recognises my login!
When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!

Snap - and it says it's sent me a new password twice but one hasn't come, and I've checked all the dark places these things sometimes get kidnapped to. Emailing for help which I'm sure will be forthcoming.
I have a small skewer hidden in the collar of my jumping jacket, and a razorblade in my gaiter, as well as my knife.
I'm notorious for forgetting my AFRA password - they've always been incredibly helpful evening after the fifth time of asking them to reset it!
Logged in and renewed without incident back in December.
Cheers

Your login is now your email address rather then user id.
For those with facebook join the afra group and post your problems on there. I had to have a password reminder as well, my email went missing, but I got them on fb.
Done it, the usual password reminder and then the jobs a good 'un.
Help was indeed swiftly forthcoming and all is sorted now.

I can't get in with password or email address so have had to send an email to them.
Free speech is expensive these days!
Help I've completely failed again.
We can't log in, and I'm using our emails (not old log in names) and the passwords from last year which I carefully squirelled away.
Does anyone know who to email for help? We don't do Facebook.
PM'd
Thanks Chomley - email sent last night and our passwords were reset today by Bryn and all now sorted. You can't ask for much more than that.
I'm glad we sorted those out. Can I just make a point that when you use the contact us page on the website, it goes to me or Emma. We will sort your problems out very quickly. If you post a message in the Facebook group, we will answer very quickly. If you send me a personal message here, I will get an email notification and respond very quickly. If you just make comment on here, I probably won't see it and nothing will get done.
The old days are over, people. AFRA runs like a well oiled machine, the website does work, but we are not mind readers. Contact us and we will help you. Don't contact us and we can't. It really is that simple.
If you can't log in, it is not our fault. You log in with your email and password. If you forget your password, that is not the system not letting you in, you have forgotten your password. This year alone I have lost count of the number of emails and messages I have received telling me that our website is not working, only to find out that either a) they are putting their user name in to the box which is clearly labelled "Email" or b) they have forgotten their password. Not once have I found the system to be failing.
Thank you all very much, and those who are having any problems, please PM me here or email me through the contact page on the AFRA website. I will sort out any problems within a matter of hours at the most, and I can reset passwords to whatever you want, instead of you getting those stupid 6^834g3ril4(gy£fgcu9t things
