... or you should be able to trust them. As we all know tho some people think that the rules/ideal doesnt apply to them. By far tho the WWII crowd are much much better at this than your vanilla softer.

Yup... airsoft is all about trust.
The fps tests are about safety and insurance. Also not everyone has a chrono themselves so may not know what fps they have.
The rest is 100% is down to the players playing fair... I'd like to think we can trust our players to play fair or there'd be no point in even playing.
