I have paided a deposit for an item from a airsoft website in britian.Cut a long story short there have been delays after delays ,promises after promises and a year later all i want is my money back.Who do i contact to get the ball rolling.This person is not replying to my emails now and i have had enough.Over in NZ we have govt department that sorts this stuff out.I dont want to name the company yet ,but if nothing happens i am happy to.Any help would bet apprectiated thanks

I think you must have the patience of a saint, having to wait a year is totally unacceptable. Personally I think it`s time to name and shame, both as a warning to other buyers and to get the dealer to remove his finger from his arse. 
He has just emailed me and told me he will post the item this week ,but until i get a tracking number im not holding out much hope.Naming the site is the last thing i want to do but believe me i will if he doesnt come through.
Well an update he sent me a tracking number ,but after 5 days i found out it was the wrong one ,someone else signed for it in perth.I will give him the benefit of doubt ,but my patience is wearing thin,i have emailed him but no reply.
