What recommendations do people have for eye/face protection products, with particular application to glasses wearers?

I'd recommend ESS ICE 2.4 glasses - as issued to UK forces in Iraq & Afgan. Obtainable all over the place - ebay always has servicemen's unused specs for sale!
You will need to get the inserts for prescription lenses which I got direct from the UK distributor http://www.epsgoggles.com/products/view ... .php?cat=5
You may find it tricky to get a high street opticians to fit lenses (seems to be pot luck - I think they get wary of the final purpose & of getting sued  ) but Specs by Post will do it quickly and cheaply.
