Well the 9th SS are always happy to accept new members and it sounds like you're already pretty much there with the basic kit requirements. :good:

As regards structure, etc, the Hohenstaufen is a little in limbo at the moment. Our glorious commander, organiser and trainer unfortunately had to give up, and nobody has yet picked up from where he left off. We had a few training days which were informative and fun, learning about basic German fieldcraft, camouflage, distance judging, etc. But as for a required number of events to attend, that does not exist. Obviously there are minimum kit standards required, but it sounds like you're pretty much there - check out the Hohenstaufen section for more details.

There is also the Landser group, which is even looser at the moment! The idea is to draw together those who want to do a good quality Heer impression - basic Heer Infanterie is the most common.

We are a little bit hamstrung by the relatively low numbers doing WWII airsoft, as opposed to say "pure" reenactment - although the lines are blurring ever more, which can only be a good thing. It can sometimes be difficult to get enough people together for an airsoft event, let alone a training day, when some people have to travel a long way.

You've got nothing to ein, zwei, drei, vier
