Hello Guys,

I was on here a while ago when i started collecting (and still am).

I cant seem to find the post about a site being built in Taunton.

Could someone either feed me the post - or just add some information here? I hope something good has come of it.

Cheers lads. :happydance:

I have no news on new sites but have a look at the upcoming games and see if any take you'r fancy , if transport is difficult then post up a request for car sharing and see what happens , if you wait till a site opens near you and for them to hold a WW2 event then you'l probably waiting for a loooooon :( g time . All the best Dadio

Give me a big enough hammer and a place to stand and I could fix the world.
i'll kill a man in a fair fight or if i think he's going to start a fair fight or over a woman or.......

I don`t think the site came to anything, problems with the landowners apparently.
There is a site near Yeovil called Avago, they were paintball but are getting into airsoft. They were thinking about building a Vietnam style village to run Nam themed games, so might be up for WW2 themed games as well. looking at their photo gallery though, it looks like the dreaded big blue barrels are ever present as with most paintball sites.

I know there is a Cornwall Elite Airsoft, they have a Facebook group might be worth a search.

CEA is in a different county, and a bit far from Taunton (125 miles approximately)
Having said that, CEA is a good site with a lot of varied terrain, but are purely an open day blatfest site showing no leanings towards themed airsoft unfortunately.

Oh my bad sorry was trying to help. Just seen an Avago Airsoft looking to be a small new site in Oddcombe? Near Yeoville, that might be closer.

There are 3 sites in Bristol and about the same in Exeter.

Nothing in Taunton yet I'm afraid. Lots of hope but not a lot of luck when it comes to landowners being willing. Exeter and Bristol are your best bets for a standard game, but still no WW2 :(

Black ops Cribbs are doing a D Day theme on Sunday. Not really WW2 airsoft but may get a few people with ww2 gear to go along.
