Only problem with threads is that people end up typing pages and pages of off topic convo, rather than actual photos.

I think the US Kit pic thread has done quite well, not that much off topic talk and quite a few different loadouts from different people. Admittedly not as many as there was when I opened it but hey, I know I've found it useful.
Constructive criticism is always good, because in the end it means that everyone gets a good look that is complete but individual.
