Looking good my man, I noticed the guy next to you is US coldwar gear. Do all the NZ players theme their loadouts, or is it just a few of you?

Okies, just small details really. You seem to be heading in the right direction.
1) Sling needs to be an Enfield sling, not a Kerr one for Brit.
2) Blanco on the webbing and anklets
3) wear the pouches/belt a bit higher up. Belt should be at the belly button really.
4) avoid the loops in your boot laces being visible. Hide them inside the anklets or tuck them in to your boots. Or even better tie them like this. http://www.oldcontemptibles.com/correct-use-of-kit.php (WWI boots, but the same can apply for WWII, but ignore the puttees.)
5) Beret is the small crown modern one, try and get a large 10.5" crown beret.
6) scrim scarf should preferably be the two colour green/brown version rather than all green.

That looks like it could be SPOSN smersh rather than ALICE so it may not be themed kit.

I notice that on your right shoulder, there is a loop of webbing sewn onto the strap/brace just below the wider shoulder part. This loop is to be used where the straps cross over each other on your back.
So, take both shoulder straps/brace off, thread the other strap through between this loop of webbing and the shoulder strap/brace. When reattaching the shoulder straps to the rest of your webbing, try and have it arranged so that this webbing loop is on the inside (pressing against your back) so that it's not seen.

Thanks chaps keep it coming.
Do as McV and Yith say - you should then find the wider part of the straps actually sitting on the shoulders and have a bit more length of strap so you can hide the tabbed ends at the front behind the pouches - as it stands they are only just long enough (you could pinch a bit of length from the back belt buckles too since you aren't making use of them).
One more thing nothing pisses me off more than in a game both my straps of my webbing and my suspenders for my pants keep falling of my shoulders.Any thing that im not doing right or is it just on of those things

Your spot on, just looked again on my Laptop and you can see the plastic buckle across the chest and the pouches are wrong, I suppose the 47 should have given it away but on my iPhone the pouches on his right looked like m16 and the left a 1/4 water bottle
Hohum.
What numbers to these games get and how many are themed?

The weight of your gear should keep the shoulder straps/braces in place, unless you have particularly round shoulders. You can unbutton your epaulettes on your Denison smock and button them back up again over the straps to keep them in place.
Are your trouser suspenders period/repro items? If so, and they're not the post-war elasticated type, then you'll just have to
do them up a bit tighter. Surely having your arms though the sleeves of your smock stops them from falling completely down though?
