Right I know this has been discussed before but I can't find the thread also companies change policies so I'd like to get an updated assessment of which is the best service to use.
I know Royal Mail are obliged to handle 'Air Guns' however the maximum size they will take is 61cm x 46cm x 46cm so anything longer than 24 inches won't be accepted, which is ok for pistols and SMGs but not most rifles or LMGs
I've never had an issue when they were sent to me ,so you'd best just send them all here
Seriously either just mark it as toy parts or be honest and contact the courier and ask as the wind changes on RIF's all the time .

I can say that I have done this! Posting within the UK is easy. Posting outside England / Scotland / Wales is something else though.
Even though myhermes say they dont post RIF's in there FAQ's. I have recieved RIF's and sent RIF's using there service without any hassle so far.
