CiA doesn't have a real cap/low cap rule 
Of all the WW2 game organisers only Gunman Airsoft has any restriction on magazines brought into a game and even then only where there is an alternative available.

Oddball has said it is easy to pack out the large capacity mag to make it take only 600 rounds, it's on a post somewhere...

High density foam is the stuff, you can cut it into any shape (to make it a tight fit) and the bbs cant get down the side of it
