He has sent me the wrong size Dot44 tunic again! I asked for a large new one not vintage and i get a medium vintage i have told him should i send it back again? Or should i demand he sends me the right size for free from Hong kong.

Ask him to send the right size, once a large order parcel didn't turn up that I'd paid for and he sent the whole lot again, eventually the original turned up and I ended up having two complete sets of everything, he's ok and has a good rep.

Ok i have just sent him a message saying you have sent the wrong one again,i just dont have the money at the moment to be paying for it to be sent and returned.

He has in the past sent me the wrong size M40 jacket and US forage cap on both occasions he simply sent replacements with out asking for the item to be returned.
My usual approach when someone from abroad sends me the wrong or damage item is to tell them what is wrong and ask them what they are prepared to do about it, so far I've been lucky in that they've either just shipped me a replacement without wanting the original back or they've arranged for a courior to pick up the wrong/damaged item.

I have dealt now with 5 different China/HK sellers on Ebay and NONE of them can send out items of the correct size despite giving ACTUAL measurements in all cases as requested 
Their stuff is pretty good but i wish they could send out the correct sizes!!!

Were you buying sets (pants + jacket) or seperately?
I had no problems with stuff from abroad, didn't use spearhead mind, I did have lots of "problems" a UK trader though 
who I won't be using again EVER

best bet is say you got the worng size agian, be polite, dont blame anyone, say you are a bit disapointed as you're on abudget and need it for a game.
Say you're really happy wiht the quality of the kit just need the right size.
If you're complimentray and pleasnat you'lll ge tmore thna if you go in guns blazing.

Some UK traders take the piss, one site I won't mention has loads of gear on their site as in stock, you order it & then it never comes, when you ask them where it is, your told "they where out of stock & you should have it in 10 to 14 days", another expensive UK trader tells you the tunics they sell are the "best repos you can get" & they tell you they have them specialy made, guess what, there identical to the Barry Lyndon items even down to the markings on the back of the buttons & the makers numbers inside

I had that excuse several times, after the initial "I thought it was the site you order but I advertised it as the wrong size" which was fair enough til 10-14 days became nearly 2 months and other stuff was held back until the correct size was in, whereas I'd said after first contact send what you have NOW and if tother doesn't materialise I'll have my money back and a refund, which was completely ignored.
I actualy have ordered a few bits from the US from Lanser, he does not stock a great range but the service is good & the last item only took 5 days to come, he does nice mp40 slings & gas mask straps too,

At least your stuff showed up Barca, i'm into my fourth week and still no stuff (I ordered on the 30th August, it was posted on the 2nd to the UK). Messaged him with no success....
