Might sound like a strange request, but can anyone advise me about targets, for indoor/outdoor, bedroom/or garden shooting practice - :D

Bought a small plastic contraption that holds a paper target and has a catch net at the rear - hmmm - the plastic hinged front cover that holds the target in place is now broken in several places, thanks to the odd stray shot or so -

Can anyone recommend the sticky targets I've heard of, or anything else?

Ta - :)

I just use a large cardboard box with a target taped to it, and the inside of the box filled with old rags....

Probably cos i'm a shit shot, and most purpose made target holders aint big enough to catch the misses :)

When we were an Empire it was run by an Empress
Now we're a country we're run by a..........

I use a large ammo tin... with the same stuff as Kermit mentions...

I used to use a cardboard box... but managed to shoot through it!

Eaven after strenthening an old PC speaker box, after a few mags i was shooting through both sides.

Now what I use is a little less technical, old tin cans in front of a brick wall.

Like the idea of the old tin cans - or maybe drinks cans? Very wild west - might give that a go - :D

i use a aluminium figure 11 target "liberated" from an army range

also the old tv box full of rags as kermit does

My cellar i use as a shoot where the hell i like range, as the plasters 100 years old , it blows great chunks out of the walls

light bulbs, pint pots, flouresant tubes, old single pane windows.

plastic plant pots , tin biuscit / sweet tins, wine glasses, blank rounds (the percussion cap)

glass milk bottles (great fun) glass milk bottles full of petrol, on a plank over a candle.

clay pidgeon clays, funny as hell if a mate chucks em for you, full auto from the hip clay popping

all great fun too shoot, as long as your on a safe private place.

THERE ALL GOOD

Yep, me too, when I can be bothered to dig it out and set it up but until then the cans are great. I use any type, I just swipe two or three out of the re-cycleing bag next to the door.
