Went to the doctor, who decided to ignore my osteopath's recommendation for a scan on my long-standing shoulder injury.
His recommendation? Ibuprofen 3 times a day for a fortnight.
Time for a second opinion. Doctors HATE it when you suggest any course of action yourself.
Got a 2nd opinion today - he applied for a scan.

bought the paint for the sentry boxes (forgot the black 
) how fecking expensive is paint! i was shocked.
today i went and fetched the black paint. started undercoating.
three coats of undercoat later..............( bloody good job i am doing these for free, the bill for hours is through the roof!
