they look better dirty ,just sponge clean the paintball marks off and leave the rest.

gets rid of big bits but leavs it looking worn in still
i wear mine until they stink or are 2 dirty to wear / store anymore so a 40 degree wash with a slow cycle (if you have that option) has worked for me. Just make sure you give them a good stretch when wet. Never tumble dry! Wear again and repeat process!
When you dry them, make sure the reinforcement patches are not creased or they will dry with with marks.
A cool hand wash and then a quick soak with fabric conditioner will get rid of the smell without risking ruining them. It'll also leave most of the muck on them..
