Some ww2 airsoft madness from the land of the rising sun! Got to be the only place in the world where you can happily replace the toyota badge on the back of your people carrier! with a swastika

I'm loving the mini hotchkiss assault gun and the cardboard 251

“I wanted to come to the Volga at a specific location at a specific city. By chance it carries the name of Stalin himself. So don’t think I marched there for this reason – it could carry another name – but because there is a very important goal... this goal I wanted to take – and you know – we are very modest, we have it already."
Adolf Hitler, November 1942

"Comrades, Red Army men, commanders and political workers, men and women guerrillas! It is on your perseverance, staunchness, fighting skill and readiness to discharge your duty to the country that the defeat of the German-fascist army and the liberation of the Soviet land from the Hitlerite invaders depend! We can and must clear the Soviet land of Hitlerite vermin."
Joseph Stalin, November 1942

Bersaglieri :good:

That is why we need more Med' games.

I almost never have an excuse to wear cockerel feathers in real life.

Looks pretty funky, cardboard halftrack? Oh yes!

Hilarious. Love the guy's comments too.

I assume this is reenactment, not airsoft as they don't seem to be wearing specs.

Very funny! Some good kit too!

I noticed that - some are wearing then, some aren't. Perhaps they are optional?

Well the guy writing it comments on it being airsoft. There's more about that in the thread posts at the bottom. The usual comparisons with paintball, etc.

I was going to say that in the "in game" pics they all had specs on. Most do, but there are a few notable exceptions!

i think they look great, i know japs tend to be very over the top with stuff( ever seen takeshis castle? game show where you are encouraged to cripple the contestants) but they are having fun. fun is what its all about.

Looks suitably insane in the usual Japanese style. There is some links to other event reviews he's done that are equally funny in the comments at the bottom.
