Original K98 Bayonet and repro bayonet frog. I bought this 2 years ago from a dealer and it is in excellent condition. Unfortunately not matching numbers for bayonet and scabbard.
Numbers: Bayonet 25491 128 Scabbard 3615 a
Numbers: bayonet "bym" plus two waffenampt near top of handle. Scabbard fze 44
The number 40 is stamped into the spine of the blade and a tiny waffenampt on the ball of the scabbard.
