It struck me yesterday that I've been blinded to the obvious. When Guy asked if I'd like to play the Hess character (thinking it was an 'easy' role physically, bearing in mind my grumbles previously) I said yes instantly, and I've been enthusiastic since, and still am. I had a great time at Alsos doing a similar thing and thought I'd have an even better time this time, it being our game and all.
But there is someone who is actually better suited. Can act (a bit 
). Knows a smattering of German . Stephen. I've got the Hess uniform for you, even the boots if you are a size 9, all you need is a white shirt. After all, I have a British uniform, I know British drill, I am more Home Guard age and I'd actually like the role as well.
I've had a chat with Guy today and got his agreement, so how about it Stephen? You will only be on your own for a max of 2 hours, the rest of the time you will be with the Brits (or Germans if they get you).
