Everything is now in place then.
If I get the nod from everyone I'll do this in stages over the next week.
First three days. We all have the banner on our sigs, no other announcement. Should generate some interest and people may try some web searches. We keep stum, even if there are posted questions.
Day four. Section goes live in Events section with game name, date, cost, location. Section locked to punter posting.
Day seven. Scenario revealed along with team requirements and background information. Booking date set at January 1st 2011. Questions section open to posting.
