Has any one had any experience with Epic M40 helmets..?? Its just that all the size charts for German helmets say:-
64 lid and 56/57 liner or 66 lid and 58/59 liner, however Epic's website have helmets with 57/58 liners which(after a phone call) are in 64 lids and their 59/60 ones are in 68 lids.
As you see Epic's sizes don't seem to match up to normal size charts..
So as I've a 58cm head do I order a 57/58 as per their website, but will it look small on me??
Most threads on here say German helmets really need to look right as a really can ruin the look of your load out..
As always any advice greatly received..

I have a M40 helmet from Epic in size 68 and it is not to small for me.

I have head size 58 cm.
Thanks for that Grenadier. Just to confirm.. You have a 58cm noggin and bought the 68cm lid with the 59/60 liner?

yeah with a 59/60 liner and it's a little to big
the first time i bought a M40 in size 64 and that was way to small.

Ok.. So who can recommend a supplier who does 66 lids at a reasonable price.. If I'm going to spend my hard earned spondoler's on a helmet, I may as well buy the correct size. ie. 66 lid and a 58/59 liner as per the originals..
