Well, so far we've established;
1) the months of May, June, September and October seem the most likely to be successful
2) We have a strong preference of style of game play over scenario
3) We have strong representations of GERMAN and British infantry, followed by German paratroops and US infantry
4) There's a greater likelihood of people attending games held in the midlands area
5) One day events seem to have an edge over weekenders
6) There's 32 people keen to support this endeavour (and addition people via their associated groups)
All useable information! 
I hope the organisers among us can use this
