Well i used to have a little read around on the fourms awhile ago, now im at the age that my parents dont mind me spending my money on things they find "stupid" i decided to get talking on the fourm, and maybe getting involved with some event days
Kit i allready have:
Allthough i know the SOF 101st airborne jump suit is frownd apon and not the choice of some of you, i have the jacket and trousers ^^
I also just played it safe and brought my webbing as a set from SOF as well, (The small Para rigger)
I also have my gun ^^ the Thompson, but looking to get a Garand :]
Kit im looking to get:
I want at least 1 thing that will be original in my load out, so im looking to get an original paratrooper helmet, also on the look out for cheap jump boots

Welcome aboard . Nowt wrong with SOF jumpsuits, you won't be jumping into St. Mere Eglise, after all! Most important thing is to get out there and play and have fun!

Seems theres all wrong with SOF now got my jumpsuit has a hole on the back of the jacket at the top. The badge isnt the same badge as on their website. The webbing strapes are made incorrectly , one side has been stitched/fastned the wrong way around ;/
Oh dear. Can you not send it back? I know a lot of people on here (myself included) prefer to use Epic Militaria for US kit. Julian is a good bloke and knows what "customer care" means.
The trouble with a lot of repro jumpsuits is that they're made in China for pennies and, it shows. Having said that, they're usually fine for airsoft. Just add some extra stitching to the crotch of the trousers and you're away, most of the time! Better quality, more authentic jumpsuits are available but, you pay more for that quality.

Ive allready sent the lot back , getting a refund. 2 things wrong with 3 items. Not quality in my eyes, i thought i was getting authentic and good quality for the price they charge. But cleary i was wrong. Whats this epic milteria your talking about ? similar to SOF but better quality ?
A lot of of forum members buy from him. I can't speak for his jumpsuits (I think Imp has one though) but I can vouch for his quick delivery and excellent service.
If you look on the US kit discussion section, there's at least one thread on there about M42 suits.
