Hello and welcome. British kit is pretty generic, so wool battledress will do for infantry or commando. BTW, the Crete game is near Dartford, in May. 
I'm sure you will be able to borrow some bits if your kit is not ready by then.

as above, Brit Commando is essentially just normal British uniform, possibly with a different hat or two.
Hopefully see you at Crete, last time we played at that site some people came on the train. It is very close to Dartford.

OK here is the thread for Crete. All details there including a Kit borrowing thread, rules background Booking thread, as you can see there are a great number coming it will be a spectacle to see all those Brits in helmets
