Hello and welcome. If you're new to airsoft, the first thing you should do is get yourself along to some local airsoft sites and have a play. This will familiarise you with airsoft in general, will teach you the basics, and you'll also discover if you actually like it or not - before spending £100s on WWII kit and guns.

Have a look at the kit guides located in the menu at the top of the page, too.

Try google, mate. Here is a map, but I'm not sure how up-to-date it is. http://www.airsoftmap.co.uk/

is there any good sites around oxford. i have played with airsoft guns before and have many years playing paintball.

Having myself just moved away from a 5 year residence in Oxford, I can tell you;

Closest site is GASS's "Piddington" (MOD Training Area) site (a great site and management).
Then you've got Finmere Airsoft (at the woods where the buildings for Finmere Airbase used to be), and X-Site Airsoft's "Lane End" site (just West of High Wycombe - close to the M40) if you travel out a little bit.

:good:

Hello and welcome.

Just to echo the advice to 'try before you buy', the Oxford area is very well provided with Airsoft sites though.

Cheers
