Ah! Excellent Chris - when you are done and with your permission I'll make use of the data within and add it to the new 'How to...' on the new web site.
Much the same goes for anyone else who wants to cover Brit/US/Russian... Don't worry too much about formatting as I will rip it to shreds anyway but Stubblehopper's is a good guideline to follow: authoritative, flexible, kit sources, kit prices, clear illustrative photos with detailed views where needed.
