Airsoft and ww2, but after looking around at other groups and historical associations, I found ww2 airsofting to be the most appealing to what I'd want out of a hobby of this type. I love WW2 history and love the idea of mixing it up with some fire fight action :D

:slap: haha cheers, Id love to do the Bastogne event. Sleeping outside i can do!!! i was thinking of going down the US Ranger rout with my kit. Would this be acceptable for this event? As it was mostly Airborn and infantry at Bastogne

Rangers were equipped the same as infantry. If you get the right stuff, then it is a simple matter of removing any sewn on patches to the uniform and a Ranger becomes an infantryman.

Have a look at the infantry kit guide on the top here.

giant feet  i'm only an 8!

quick link to closest (i believe) open day site to you, so to get some target practice and your UKARA sorted http://www.airsoftcommandoforum.com

if you follow the kit guides like has been said you cant go too far wrong, just dont get carried away and check/ double check its right before you buy it. almost everyone, myself included, has bits they bought because they got carried away
