Ok, bit of a life update. Rather than send out indvidual facebook messages, im gonna say here because im being a bit lazy...
I went for my Barb test at the Army careers office in stockport today. got a good enough score for my 3 choices in order of prefence
1. Tank Crewman Kings Royal Hussars
2. Artilery Crewman
3. Household cavalry apparently Stockport hasnt had anyone put HC down in 6 months, (the recruting sgt was suprised to say the least)

Well done Joe, but go for armour, DO NOT GO FOR THE HOUSHOLD CAV ( DONKEY WALLOPERS)

they do 6 months on recce vechs, then six months bullshit polishing bass breastplates and thigh high boots, PURE BULLSHIT

also the only place you should ever see thigh high boots is on a fit lady prostitute , never on a guy

Yeah, im trying to get Main Battle Tank as my main choice, Household cav is my very last choice. the exact sentece by the recruiter was "youve got to be joking"

I actually thougth i'd already replied to this Joe. Nice one getting the choices you wanted :good:

Just remember that when you're a tank commander and your old mucker Tiny is old and grey, he might just want a walk round of the new 'challenger mk7' to see how it compares the the good old things he used to play with 'back in the day' :rofl:
