Our Strength was platoon size at Husky, I think it was about 14 people wasnt it? And a paratrooper stick is a similar amount to a platoon if I'm not mistaken. (12-18 guys)
So thats at least 2 squads, which is how it turned out, 1 being run by HS and the other by myself.

How many in a stick again? Is it 12?

12-18 depending on the size of the unit apparently

I was under the impression that it was 12 men to a stick and it was to do with how many people they could cram in to a C47? Once they hit the ground they were then in squads, platoons etc like any other regular army unit? correct me if I'm wrong but I thought that's the way it worked.
