If anyone is after some genuine German fodder, I can pick some stuff up from the mobile German bakery / grocer's van:

Mostly modern stuff, but good for period things like German rye bread, Leberwurst (liver sausage pate), mustard in tubes and a sweet thing called Zwieback, which was a part of the Landser's iron rations and is a bit like a slice of toast crossed with an enormous crouton.
