How do these look as the initial briefings, given at "game on"?
SAS Briefing
We are the advance party for the rest of the squadron, who will be moving to, or dropping near to, this location in the very near future to reinforce us. For now, we are on our own. Our initial task is to secure a harbor area and conduct patrols of the surrounding area.
Within our area of operations, are several active "Jedburgh" teams, who have requested assistance with locating and destroying a German transmitter and radio direction finder, which are causing them problems with organising supply drops in order to equip and arm local French Resistance forces. Therefore, our primary task, after securing an operating base, is to assist these teams, who lack the firepower and numbers that we have at our disposal. We will RV with the Jedburghs at a prearranged location and time and share information with them and then, formulate plans to remove the German threats with a coordinated assault.
I need not remind you of the Germans "Fuhrer order". We must avoid contact and the risk of capture at all costs.
Jedburgh Briefing
We are tasked, as you know, with supplying and training local Resistance forces. However, it looks like German activity in the area has scared them off for the time being. It seems that Jerry is listening in on our transmissions and our supply drops are either getting captured, or scattered due to heavy AA fire. Information from London has revealed that, in this area, the Germans have a radio listening station,
as well as a direction finder, which are the thorns in our side and are thwarting our supply drops, as well as jeopardising our vital mission.
Luckily, an SAS troop has recently inserted into our area of operations. They will provide valuable assistance with locating the German threats and aiding us in their destruction. Our initial task is to locate 3 nearby misdropped supply boxes, as we are short on ammunition. Once we have discovered these supplies, we will be in a position to defend ourselves, then locate and link up with the SAS.
We will then liase with them and formulate a plan to remove the German threats in this area. We must avoid contact and capture at all costs, as a grim fate awaits should we fall into enemy hands. Not to mention the possibility that, should we fail, the entire Allied advance on Cherbourg will be fatally delayed.
German Briefing
Kameraden, we were sent to this area to regroup and rest before returning to the fight against the allied invasion. Unfortunately, we have received intelligence that enemy parachutists have been dropped nearby over the last few days. Berlin suspects that they are arming local terrorist cells and they are posing a growing and now, intolerable threat to security in our rear areas. Their small numbers make them extremely difficult to locate but, equally, make it difficult for them to mount large scale operations.
Our superior radio equipment has been very successful in intercepting the British transmissions and we have thwarted many of their supply drops by intercepting their messages and arranging suitable welcomes for them.
We now have the task of trying to locate these commandoes and prevent them from operating in this area. We will conduct aggressive patrols in order to keep our supply routes open and we will also protect our radio equipment, which the allies may well be looking for. If we can capture any of these terrorists, the Gestapo will extract information from them before carrying out the Fuhrers' orders.
As well as these tasks, we will consolidate our base of operations and improve our overall security. On no account will you leave the base in numbers of less than 4 men and then, you must report anything suspicious immediately. Together, we will defeat these terrorists.
When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!
All looks good to me!

That's good.
