Numbers stand between 20 and 25 I think. Some friends have said they are going to turn up and support the Allied team, but I haven't taken deposits from them, so I'm just hoping they turn up! I'll be on site from about 8 ish

So how many on the German side then as I thought it was capped off at 11 a side ?

Hopefully the extras will be distributed evenly between both sides and they don't all end up on the allied side.

Ha ha dont worry mate, historically it was a massive win for the Axis, the allied team really do have their work cut out on this one
For those that haven't been to the site, its a bit easier to find the entrance to the site as the nice men from the highways agency have put a load of cones alongside the site. So as you travel along the A27, towards Worthing, you go past the Patching turn off and you will see the cones, the site entrance is at the end of the cones on the left.
Portaloo was delivered this morning, so entrenching tools are not vital this weekend :good:
(you might want to bring some decent bog roll though!)
Looking forward to meeting you all tomorrow. PM me if you want my mobile number in case you get really lost :)

Edit, just a reminder to pack an extra layer chaps, it's mild during the day, and even warm in the sunshine, but bloody chilly still at night. I will have a van load of broken pallets arriving at 9 am to burn in the evening, so we'll be warm by the fire :good:

Aparrently wooly pullies for the Axis, although rare were available. My wife is knitting me a "looks alike" grey roundneck pullover at the moment. The wool cost me £40 (you should have seen me in the shop picking the wool and pattern, I was like a total fish out of water) and she's been on it for two weeks, having said that she's on the sleeves already. It wont be ready this weekend but wont be long. It's not commercially viable, but my missus is happy if I'm warm

Either way they're gonna loose the war

Pity, all the Canadians were stationed near Epsom(irc) I could get them on the way down.
Time to sleep.

Hey Jimbo long day tommorrow, shouldn't you be tucked up

WOOOOOOOOOOOW, what a great game!

If you missed it you missed out.

I must say both sides played exceptionaly well, and the two days of gaming ran really smoothly and without fault, we definatly have Zero Bravo (jimbo) to thank for such a great time.

I must say the highlight was the two organised explosions (destruction of the gun inplacments and the radio tower) pictures of which should be available soon :P worth a look at...

Although I was on the Allies side, the Axis forces made a superb effort, both in game and kit. saying that, us Allies looked like a brilliant motley crue of RM Commandos, Tommys etc...

On the whole a brillant two days and I highly advise Comrades in arms to host a game there :good:

I'm sure others will comment on the game, but thats my two pennys worth :P

I had a fantastic weekend thanks guys especially Jimbo. After now having played ww2 airsoft I can see that it's a level up from normal airsoft and this weekend has definately been the best airsoft experience I've had.

I've uploaded a video of the pyro at the prison here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4pyR58yHqI
