I've not bothered to set it up yet! I'm not convinced there is much to discuss 'privately' on this one - tactically (which always strikes me as a bit 
- I mean what on earth do think you can do that will come as a surprise to the enemy!) all players need to know is "do as you are bloody well told".

'its all mission driven, you dont know the missions til you get there'
unless you write a plan for every conceivable mission whats the point?
