I'd like to head down for a recce for this one beforehand. Make a weekend of it.
Head down on Saturday, shop a bit at Sabre, then stay over somewhere for the night... Kermit says he can sort something... maybe even stay at the site, we'll have to see... then play on the Sunday and drive back afterwards.
I'm suggesting that we do this before Beltring... the reason being I want to buy some cheap webbing from sabre before hitting beltring... 
That makes it the 7th/8th July... (the weekend after churchill's)
Can anyone else do this... or are interested?

The night before the Oct event, yup. Before a recce - I doubt it.
Something will be worked out. Even if it involves dossing down at a camp site or Travel Lodge.

You can stay over by appointment the night before, please call the office first, this is for players having to travel a fair way!
