yith ment to ask last week,
do you or would you consider makeing up sets of the 1914 leather ?

i think i,m ok atm personaly but there may be others that want it and i can send them your way :)

I have considered it, but it takes rather a lot of time to make to be honest. Time I just don't have. Plus I doubt I could do it any cheaper than the current manufacturers.

If I ever do get the time then it could be a chance to make some money, but it wouldn't be cheap!

Another sticking point is that I don't have a source for the snake buckle on the belt.

i,v got the british jackets sorted and dyed now they work out to be over 1/2 price to the sof one and look very good, supper quality to,

and allso managed to find rather large sweedish post war german look-a-like jackets now as well,

british and german jackets,
the british one (green) is a ww2 swedish wool jacket that we,v dyed,
cost £45 each,

the greman grey is a post ww2 swedish wool jacket,
cost
under 40" chest £25
over 40" chest £30

these are the jackets that will be rented out on the day :)
+ the vickers is just about finished now to :)

we have now just about finished of the british trench works,
and have dug all of the german section
i recon we have over 350mts of trenchs now,

we,l be back on site sunday so will take another vid of the german section and some more pics,-- attachment is not available ---- attachment is not available --

ye it went rather well ta,
good turn out, turn out was 22 mostly all in period dress,
so very good impretions
grate game play and grate weather,

trenches work very well as did the other parts of the site,

i,v got to re make the top section of the tri-pod column as it was cut down for a large steal plate , this was welded on the top and used to test fire a 2 pounder gun :)

i was very lucky to even find this ;) as tri-pods are makeing strong money :) IF you can even find one..

i,m the bloke with the 17-21st lancers cap badge :)
