Would this Pilotki do as a WW2 version?
Pretty sure its post war but I'm unsure if there were major differences as there's not too many availible in the UK at the mo.

Yes, that would be fine, a lot of forum members use that sort. To make it more "WW2", just remove the grey "sweatband" on the inside.
