Weapons & ammo limits

Any appropriate WW2 weapon is acceptable, but not Stg44 or PPSh, please.

Ammo limits will vary throughout the day, according to the circumstances. They will be set at a level so as to ensure that single shot rifles will not be outgunned , so if you have a rifle please bring it.

FJ are strongly advised to have a pistol - P08, P38, Browning, Walther PPK, etc.

Remember, this scenario is set in 1941, so if you are able to enhance your kit between now and the event, please try to choose early war options.

Danke. :)

Just a reminder - please can everyone make the maximum effort on their kit, as per these guidelines. There are a lot of people who have made a lot of effort to adhere to them, and nothing is more disappointing to see someone who hasn't made the required effort. There are still 5 weeks to go now, so still plenty of time to finish your kit off to a good standard.

Also plenty of kit available to lend - if you're short of anything, ask on the thread. If you're in any doubt about what you're planning on using, PM me - although the above guidelines are pretty clear.

Thanks
Andy (on behalf of the organisers) :good:

Ammo limits will be 150 rounds per life for rifles and SMGs, and 1000 for MGs, unless otherwise stated on the day.

The 150 includes any pistol rounds, if applicable.

Max FPS for SMGs and MGs is 350.

Max FPS for single shot rifles is 500, with a minimum engagement distance of 20 metres if your rifle is firing over 350.

All guns will be chrono'd.
