Well if the US are involved I expect a bit of blue on blue (it carries less risk than engaging the enemy for starters).
i think this was a Japanese incident , where 1 squad was about to do a banzai charge against marines we been tracking for 15 min, just as we were about to shout Banzai and charge we got shot from behind by another Japanese squad lol who left 1 of us alive who was then cut down by the 2 Marine squads lol very funny in a sort of way 
though i cant lie the 34th maybe on occasion blow ourselves up 
or others ....
but in our defence we do use a lot of pyro lol honest its just the law of averages ......
