This section has been set up for general chat specific to German side.

Please feel free to post and discuss anything appertaining to the German side of this event.

We actively encourage groups of people to get together on events like this to form groups, units, get badged up the same or discuss what equipment they want to bring.
If anyone wants to bring specific bits of kit or props, things like mine detectors explosive charges bicycles etc, let us know we will be happy to accommodate.

At this stage of the war I would imagine that most GJ would have low boots or whatever they could find. Not sure many would have had bergschuhe

Yes they would do me a size ten but they wouldn't go with us 94th infantry loadout but I would only need them to kick your arsed with.

I really wouldn't worry about getting a pair of mountain boots specially.

Cheers

I'm trying to get a pair for my Re-enactment antics :P, but to actually have a pair to wear for a game would just be awesome (In my opinion) :P
