ok not had all the results from squads back in yet so it's not final, but its all pretty close, which if it stays that way
The Americans hold onto there beachhead, and managed to strengthen their lines but are still lacking supplies, reinforcements are on route, but supplies may have to be airdropped in, they managed to set up a comms base so they should now have better communication, throughout the island.
The Japanese have been slightly pushed back but still hold all the main Areas, with larger numbers and dug in, with lots of supplies, but will be very hard for them to get any reinforcements, they just need to hold out
so...
the battle continues the same place same time next year 
(and hopefully, I shall be there for it all and with new trousers 
)
