Wow! The Germans filled up fast! (AND before Freshman I might add!). What amazes me the most is that we've got 15 Russians already and still plenty of time to get some more. I'm getting very enthused about this event, now it's definitely a "go".

Same here. Great thing is, now people are getting the Ruskie kit, it really opens up Eastern front games (whohoo! an excuse to wear the Totenkopf kit again

And the chance to do Stalingrad, Kharkov, Moscow, Berlin and all the other epic eastern front battles as future events. It's opening up another untapped 4 years of the war, battlewise!
As a side note, it's also nice to not have to rely on "groups" booking en masse, ie, cock company, PBI, etc and being reliant on their goodwill to fill an event.

I've had a PM from Hopeless asking if he can book on as German now. I'm keen to fill the Russian side first.
Once we get that last booking (jonsteele is dragging his feet!) I'll open up both sides to 25, but doubt we'll get more than two more per side TBH.

We've got about 3 Germans itching to book and I said I'd tip them the wink when we re-open.

Its OK with me - 25 Germans tops, anything up to 25 for Russian. There is still LOADS of time for people to book so no need to hassle them, we have enough already - any more is a bonus.
Fine. Will expand booking to 25 per side this evening.
