Hmmmm, since PD brought the subject up - we haven't put up kit requirements for jerry.

My proposal.
Heer. Feldgrau uniform/greatcoats - no point in having zelts or helmet covers. Both helmet and grey field cap are fine.
SS Feldgrau uniform/greatcoats. Smocks & parkas & peadot OK. Both helmet and grey/camo field cap are fine.
(reasoning - Heer are the incumbent troops stationed in complex but the SS are troops from outside along with armour vehicle - its January and so would be wearing whatever cold weather kit they can get hold of.)

Principle attire to be grey uniform and the more greatcoats the better. SS allowed camo if they must but there is no tactical reason for doing so.

Perhaps also add a Panzer element?

Quite a few people have blacks, and they'd be great in the tunnels. Could work with the scenario too.

Well, the Germans are mostly garrison troops, so there's no need for them to be wearing camo', except, as you say Dave, for SS troops coming into the complex.

When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!

Heh, well, no point antagonising - if SS want to wear camo that's fine by me, its not wrong at all. I expect John and Dave will be wearing parkas anyway as it will get blummin cold sat in a vehicle... and it will be good organisationally if people don't look the same and anyway jerry will be pretty rag-tag by Jan 1945.
