Looks to be in brand new, unissued condition. Hard to give an exact size but I would estimate up to a max of a 44inch chest and it's very long. I'm 5 foot 10 and it's too long on me in both the sleeves and overall length.
With a change of buttons, apart from some small details, are pretty much the same as the US WW2 examples and this type were used in Band Of Brothers.
French made, Post War.
