Just wondering what the fit is supposed to be on the M42 Jump suit. The one I have is a bit tight on the arms so I'm thinking it's really small as they're supposed to be baggy. but how baggy?
They shouldn't be too baggy, if it fits across the chest then the arms should be fine...

M42 jackets aren't that baggy. They're vented (have extra folds of fabric) in the back and around the shoulders. The arms are well fitting, but not baggy.
The trousers, however, should be.

It's my big shoulders. I'm the same across the shoulders as my bodybuilder friend. something I mock him regularly about as I've not set foot in a gym for 5 years. ![]()
I'll pop the suit on and snap some pics.
You're gonna need a bigger jumpsuit....

In my experience with the Chinese/HK jump suits they actually(the jkts anyway)seem to fit a lot smaller than the labelled size.Im a skinny git with a 40"" chest and a jkt labelled as a 40 is way too tight for me,42 fits much better.
Just got an old SEMS jacket labelled as a 44R and that fits me better ![]()
