Do any reenactor suppliers make reinforced M42 jackets in size 34? This was one of the original sizes, yet I haven't found any. Instead I keep finding jacket sizes in size blimp... 
Any help?

Soldier of Fortune do a 'Size 36" fits 35' chest' it's the smallest I've found
