Anyone else have trouble stiching the rangers diamond patch on?

It's a really tuff old patch in comparison to most!

Nah, when I sew my patches on I only pick up the very edge of the patch, rather than going right the way through!

I dont have any issued with sewing..You could try a bit of wonder web to hold it in place...then stitch the edges
