You could have a pistol belt with lots of rigger pouches, personal preference really. But you wouldn't JUST have a pistol belt otherwise where would you carry your ready to use ammunition?

Clearly though only the "poncy" parachute types would have rigger pouches. Your good old dependable ground-slogging GI would have a cartridge belt... :)
