He asked that he could join the forum without his parents permission - to which I agreed 
He tried to buy a RIF via the forum knowing it's against the law.
He is well aware he can't buy guns until he has turned 18 - I have had a lengthy PM correspondence with him explaining the ins and outs.
He has also PM'd others.
He is offering vehicles to which he has no access nor permission to offer.
Oh, and he sent me a snotty PM about his rights and power going to my head. So it did - he is now on the post moderating queue. I'll use it as an experiment to see how it works!

I was very wary of his vehicle offers.
I saw them (as we all did i hope) as a bargaining tool to be invited to break cia/pbi policy and involve him in games exceptionally
Interesting only SH jumped at the chance.
